CUSTOM EQUIPMENT

Custom equipment can reduce labor, jobsite hazards, workers compensation claims  and meet OSHA requirements.  We can also provide safety rails, machine guards, or other items required by OSHA.

 

Jones & Gardner has designed and manufactured machinery to perform multiple functions on long-line pre-stress casting facilities.  These machines handle full size single piece tarps, pull strands, store and transport tarp support bows.  The machines can also feature a jib crane to handle reinforcing cages, bulkheads, strand hold-up assemblies and other necessary production hardware.

ALIGNMENT HARDWARE       

Jones & Gardner has developed the most user friendly hardware available for bridge girder strand hold-ups and hold-downs.  This equipment was designed to eliminate time consuming threading of strand and forcing strand up or down after stressing.  Customers now using our system report major savings in setup labor and production cycle times.
